Files HD (formerly known as Downloads HD - Download Manager for iPad) is a comprehensive app that offers a range of features to enhance your productivity and file management on your iPad. With its built-in web browser, you can save documents offline and work with them at your convenience. The app also comes with a robust file manager, a powerful photo browser, an advanced PDF reader, and full Dropbox integration, among other functionalities.

• Tabbed browser: This feature provides a user experience similar to Safari, supporting unlimited tabs. You can open links in new tabs or download them by tapping and holding on them. The browser also offers a fully featured bookmark manager, history support, auto-completion in the address bar, and the ability to perform Google or Yahoo! searches. Moreover, you can spoof the browser's User-Agent string to display web pages as if using Firefox, and the smart search field automatically suggests the closest match to your search term or URL.
• Download manager: With fast downloading speed, this feature allows you to save pages with images for offline viewing. It reliably supports resuming interrupted downloads and provides a live progress bar and speed indicator. You can also see the number of active downloads through a badge. Additionally, there is an option to add arbitrary download links, always download with the correct filename, and download files of unknown sizes.
• File manager: The file manager includes support for folders, allowing you to move, rename, and delete files. Searching by file name is also possible. Furthermore, the app features a document viewer that supports various file formats like PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT, HTML, webarchive, and RTF. It even allows you to extract ZIP and RAR archives. Additionally, you can import photos from your device's camera roll.
• Dropbox integration: You can easily upload, download, and manage files within the app. The integration enables you to sync selected files, keeping them on your device.
• Advanced PDF viewer: With this feature, even large PDF files work flawlessly. You can search for text within the PDF and tap on PDF links to navigate through the file.

• Recovery Mode: In the rare event of the browser getting caught in an endless loop of pop-up alerts, you can activate the Recovery Mode in the iOS built-in "Settings" app under "Files HD Pro". This feature allows you to resolve the issue by force-quitting and relaunching the app.
